This six month program will be entirely free of cost to qualifying families.\n\n\n\nSpecific Needs:  "Incentive Items"\n\n\n\n1) Gift Cards for printing and binding (to be used for constructing healthy cookbooks and meal prep materials)  \n\n\n\n2) Gift Card Incentives for monthly prizes (incentive for reaching weekly and monthly goals)\n\n\n\n3) 10 Larger Incentive Items to get moving / exercise   Wii System/Wii Fit Game (only for families who complete the program ) ** I created a wish list at Best Buy and Wal-Mart for the 10 -Wii System/Wii Fit Games under Sandra McKim \, this " Wish List " will also allow for Gift Card purchases (donations).\n\n\n\n4) Screening Item: Glucometer/strips/lancets\, etc.   (weekly) glucose screening for "at risk"\n\n\n\nSandra McKim\n\nCNP Meal Benefits Processor/Catering Manager\n\nShelby County Schools\n\nph: 205.682.6532\n\nfx: 205.682.6526
