This is a hands-on\, interactive workshop that will allow you to implement tried and true management techniques learned by the conclusion of the workshop!\n\n\n\nGo & Grow Workshop ~ How To Become A Strategic Thinker\n\n\n\nThere is a saying in business "People don't plan to fail--they fail to plan".  Developing strategies and making plans that enable you and your team to reach your goals on time is an essential skill of leadership.  In this workshop\, facilitated by Michael Smith\, TheGREATtheGOODandtheGONE\, you will learn simple techniques that enable you to do just that. Learn how to create an environment powered by mindsets that revolve around "How you and your team will become GREAT"-not choked by excuses and why not's.\n\n	Key Skills Developed:\n\n	   Creating Destinations that Matter\n\n	   Making Road Maps to Success\n\n	   Learn to Anticipate and Proactively Control your Success\n\n	The Go & Grow workshop will be held from  7:45AM until 1:30PM at the Greater Shelby County Chamber of Commerce on July 16. Investment includes lunch\, refreshments\, workbook & action plan. Individual coaching available for participants' implementation plan after workshop.
