DESCRIPTION:Greater Shelby Chamber Quarterly Industry Tour Set for March 27 at AGC Automotive Americas\n\n\n\nThe Greater Shelby Chamber Existing Business and Industry Work Group will host its first quarter Industry Tour sponsored by Barge\, Waggoner\, Sumner & Cannon on Thursday\, March 27th at AGC Automotive Americas (AGC).\n\n\n\nAGC is a Tier 1 Automotive supplier of auto glass and are a part of the Asahi Glass Company Headquartered in Tokyo Japan.  AGC's products produced at the Alabaster facilities are:  windshields\, rear windows\, side windows\, quarter windows\, side vents\, sunroofs and panoramic roof panels.\n\n \n\nChamber members are invited to attend this tour from 1:00PM until 3:00PM and will feature an opportunity to see two plant facilities demonstrating all encapsulation and assembly processes for windshields\, rear windows\, truck rear slider window\, front and rear door glass\, side windows and quarter windows.\n\n\n\nParticipants will arrive on-site at AGC\, 101 Total Solutions Way\, Alabaster\, AL 35007.  Recommended attire is preferably long sleeve shirts or jacket and no open toe shoes. Safety glasses will be provided.\n\n\n\nThere is no cost to attend.  RSVP is required by Monday\, March 24.
