DESCRIPTION:GSCC March Community Luncheon to feature "Green Business Practices"\n\n\n\nThe GSCC March Community Luncheon\, hosted by the Chamber's Existing Business & Industry Work Group\, will feature a presentation on "Recycling in Alabama and Best Practices" by Alan Gurganus the Recycling Director for Alabama Environmental Council. In his role\, he educates and advocates for sustainable waste management policies and practices while working with municipalities\, industry\, and institutions to move recycling forward and position Alabama as a leader in sustainable waste management.\n\n\n\nThe meeting will be held on March 30 in the banquet hall at the Pelham Civic Complex & Ice Arena. Doors will open at 11:00AM for the Showcase Feature and business networking.
