The day will be divided into blocks of time during which people can select classes to attend. The classes will cover a variety of yoga styles as well as nutrition\, meditation\, dance\, acupuncture\, massage\, hula hooping\, energy healing\, music. The idea is to connect people to the resources needed to create healthier lifestyles. Three healthy\, organic meals are provided and the day will conclude with a concert on the Green Amphitheatre. Choosing a healthy lifestyle creates a cascade of positive effects\, not only in one's life but in one's community.
