DESCRIPTION:"Red Carpet Customer Service" Workshop\n\nOffers Valuable Customer Service Tips\n\n\n\nThe Chamber in collaboration with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System's Shelby County Office will be hosting a "Red Carpet Service" Workshop on June 5 (10:00AM-12:30PM) at the Hampton Inn & Suites 280   Eagle Point\, 6220 Farley Court\, Birmingham.\n\n\n\nThis program\, while designed for those businesses in the hospitality industry (hotels\, attractions\, restaurants\, etc.)\, will help Shelby County businesses of all sizes in the following areas:\n\n\n\n- Helping to make your business' first impression the BEST it can be\,\n\n- Understanding customers' expectations\,\n\n- Making sure you're meeting your customers' needs and improving their experience and\n\n- Making a customer a REPEAT customer!\n\n\n\nThe investment for this workshop is $10 per person for Chamber members ($20 for "Future" members)   and includes lunch.  Space is limited\, so please RSVP by Tuesday\, June 3 via the Chamber's website (www.shelbychamber.org) or by calling 663-4542.
