She earned her PhD in life science at The John Hopkins University. During her 20+ years in the biomedical research\, Dr. Qu has published many highly esteemed articles and holds several patents on cancer drug discovery as an inventor. She currently focuses her research on medicinal herbs for cancer prevention and health management at Q&Aid Research Institute. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
