My journey into Wellness began in 2020 after a serious injury that resulted in life changing, chronic headaches. After trying different options of treatment, I discovered massage therapy - and it truly changed my life. That experience sparked a deep passion within me. I realized I wanted to help others the same way massage therapy had helped me.

I bring that passion into every aspect of Massage 119 and Wellness, combining therapeutic care with modern wellness and aesthetic services. I believe the body has an incredible ability to heal when given the right support. My goal here is to create a space where clients feel heard, cared for, and empowered on their wellness journey.

My mission is simple: to help people feel better in their bodies, regain confidence, and live with less pain and more freedom - because I know firsthand how powerful that transformation can be.
