The event honors veterans and will include several attractions including: vintage and experimental airplanes; warbirds and military vehicles; parachutists; helicopter rides; veterans' hospitality area; and other activities for the whole family. Tickets are $5 in advance, $8 at the gate, and $2 for children. All veterans that pre-register by January 30, 2009, will receive free entry and a special gift. Ticket sales and proceeds from an auction on March 13, 2009, all go to the Red Cross with services including: disaster education and relief; services to armed forces; blood collection; and health and safety education.
