We are looking for a Part Time or Full Time (negotiable) administrative assistant/receptionist for our accounting firm in Alabaster AL. The job duties will include answering the phone, greeting/helping clients, filing, copying, data entry, and accountant assistance. It will be a Monday through Friday position. Preferably with excel, word and outlook experience. QuickBooks experience would be helpful but not required. It can be fast paced at times so we need someone who can work in that environment.
