This course is the next level class after Management Essentials.
This is a very helpful class where managers learn the five styles of management.
What style they actually manage people via case studies and surveys from direct reports their strengths and weaknesses against the most successful style of managing
How to make changes to be a more successful manager
Managers will be asked to send out surveys (which we supply) prior to the class to three direct reports or co-workers, as well as complete the surveys themselves.
