It is that time of year again for golfers, sponsors and donors to sign up for our sixth annual Swinging Fore Achievement Golf Tournament at Timberline Golf Course.

The Swinging Fore Achievement Golf Tournament will be held on Thursday, May 17th, at Timberline Golf Course, Calera, AL with registration beginning at 11:30am. During this premier event, golfers will enjoy a best-ball scramble. This year we have added a Casino Hold event, as well as a tentative after hour’s event. Also, each golfer will also experience a fabulous afternoon of golf, testimonies by families with disabilities, a wonderful lunch, a silent auction, and much much more!

The Arc of Shelby County is requesting your support again to help raise funds for supporting programs of The Arc of Shelby County, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit. Here at The Arc of Shelby, we are dedicated to serving children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities through such programs as Early Intervention, Employment Program, Community Living, and New Visions. The Arc of Shelby County’s purpose is to provide programs and services that empower individuals with developmental disabilities and their families throughout their lifespan to live happy, successful and productive lives.

Your sponsorship will be acknowledged at the event and your generosity will be recognized by the 75 people who we are expected to attend the event and more than 900 individuals who receive our publications.
