Bark in the park is a free, day long party for pets and their people featuring music, contests, crafts, a one mile Mutt Strut- where the best dogs in town strutt their stuff-, a photo contest and much more!
 
How you can help!
1. Spread the word about Bark in the Park 2009 (if you could display some of our flyers or posters that would be great!)
2. Bring your furry friends out for the Mutt Strut! Get your friends, family and coworkers involved. Compete to see who can raise the most! Registration form attached.
3. Enter your pet in our online Bark in the Park photo contest! Winners will be featured in an upcoming calendar! Send photos directly to me!
4. Sponsor! We have sponsorship levels as low as $100 with great benefits for your company. Sponsorships not only allow you to market your company, but let you get your paws dirty for a great cause!
 
All proceeds of Bark in the Park directly benefit the more than 7,000 homeless animals that seek shelter and refuge at Shelby Humane each year. We could not help them without your support! Please help us get the word out about this event, and don't forget to join us on October 3rd for a fun day with our furry friends!
