On February 18, U. S. Congressman Gary Palmer will join with several chambers of commerce for an “Eggs & Issues” Breakfast event from 7:30AM-9:00AM at the new Community Center in Chelsea (11101 Highway 47, Chelsea, AL 35043) and provide an update on events in Washington.
 
Congressman Palmer, who was elected to represent Alabama’s 6th Congressional District in November of 2014, serves as a member of the “Oversight & Government Reform”, “Budget” and “Space, Science & Technology” Congressional Committees and as the representative for Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina on the “Republican Policy Committee”.
 
The breakfast event, sponsored by AARP Alabama, is co-hosted by the Calera, Greater Shelby County, Montevallo and South Shelby chambers of commerce.
