In June 1980, a group of community-minded businesses came together to form a group that would evolve into what we know as the Greater Shelby County Chamber of Commerce. Thirty years later, the Chamber serves the business community all across Shelby County as one of the largest and best Chambers in Alabama!

To celebrate the last 30 years, the Shelby County Reporter is partnering with the Chamber to produce a keepsake 30th Anniversary Magazine. The magazine will be available at the 30th Anniversary Gala to be held in June, and the Chamber will use copies of this publication well into the next several years.
