Go & Grow Workshop "Dealing with the Difficult"

Whether you are an entrepreneur, leadership or management position, learning to embrace conflict and “Dealing with the Difficult” will be a key to your success. This workshop, facilitated by Michael Smith, TheGREATtheGOODandtheGONE, will expand on each of these roles you will need to make tough choices and confront situations that make you uncomfortable. You will have teammates, clients, and situations that you are confronted with regularly that you are expected to handle. This workshop teaches you techniques on correcting or firing people, talking with angry clients, and dealing with vendors that are not performing. Holding to high standards in your selection process and telling people no may never become easy but this workshop teaches you how to make and execute those tough choices to have a strategy for “Dealing with the Difficult”.

The Go & Grow workshop will be held from  7:45AM until 1:30PM at the Greater Shelby County Chamber of Commerce on September 17. Investment includes lunch, workbook & action plan. Individual coaching available for participants’ implementation plan after workshop. Investment is $25 for members, $50 for future members.
