Greater Shelby Chamber Go & Grow Workshop: “Dress For Success With Jeniese Hosey"
On Friday September 14th the Chamber’s Go & Grow Workshop, presented in 2018 by Valley National Bank (formerly USAmeria Bank) and co-sponsored by Cahaba Valley Computer Services, will  be a workshop titled "Dress For Success" led by Jeniese Hosey. Jeniese will be sharing how fashion can influence your professional career.

Jeniese Hosey is a thirty something woman from Birmingham, Alabama who loves all things fashion! In 2010 she started her blog The Jenesaisquoi, to show women can wear whatever they want, regardless of size or age.   In 2015, Jeniese was one of the winners of Redbook Magazines  Real Women, Real Size Awards and she appeared on the cover of the magazine.  She has also been featured in People Stylewatch Magazine, Ebony.com, Essences.com, Plus Model Magazine, Centric TV.com and DARE Magazine. Her blog has been showcased by several of her favorite fellow plus-size bloggers. Through her blog Jeniese has had the opportunity to collaborate with some of her favorite Brands and Influencers, but the most important thing is having the chance to help so many women discover their personal style.  By day Jeniese works as a PR/Marketing professional.  Along with fashion Jeniese loves football, traveling and food. She received her BA in Public Relations from The University of Alabama and an MBA in Marketing from Capella University.

The workshop, facilitated by the Chamber’s Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Michael Smith of The Great, The Good and The Gone, will be from 11:30AM-1:00PM at the Chamber. There is no cost to attend, but lunch is available for $10 per person for Chamber investors ($20 for “Future” investors).
