We all know you’re only as good as the people you have on your team. So "Finding & Keeping Great Talent" is the most important skill a manager can develop. The workshop, facilitated by Michael Smith, TheGREATtheGOODandtheGONE, will help you grow your ability to attract the GREAT and keep them on your team. You’ll learn how to:

-> build a selection process
-> initiation process
-> create team bonding
-> set the right expectations for performance before you bring people on the payroll.

The Go & Grow workshop will be held from  7:45AM until 1:30PM at the Greater Shelby County Chamber of Commerce on June 18. Investment includes lunch, refreshments, workbook & action plan. Individual coaching available for participants’ implementation plan after workshop. Investment is $50 for members, $75 for future members.
