The real world is getting smaller all the time; so are our delis. Our first smaller version deli was created to fit into neighborhood settings. It enables us to be in more places closer to where you live.

It was an interesting process. Reducing square footage also meant reducing a few menu items and services. What we offer is the essence, the core, of Jason’s highest quality food and customer favorites. Our size prohibits delivery and large catering services. These will always be part of the “big” Jason’s Deli restaurants and hopefully not missed in the neighborhood delis.

The new space also offers us more freedom of design and expression. We let our decor speak about issues that go far beyond these four walls. We built to raise awareness.

But, we’re always about the food…food that’s real and really good. When we feed our guests and families real, less fooled-around-with food, we’re allowing them to live happier, healthier and better lives. Anything less would not be Jason’s Deli.
