Make plans to join us at Red Mountain Bank for the C280 Meeting this month.
This is the atmosphere you can expect at Red Mountain Bank: Approaching the front door, the smell of coffee hits you and for a moment you have to ask yourself, am I in the right place? After each step into the lobby you realize you are moving farther away from the hectic chaos of Highway 280. You are approached by staff members and greeted by your first name. You pass a fireplace and your face takes notice of its gentle heat as you glance around the lobby and think to yourself, these people love what they do. Maybe my banking needs can wait for a few more minutes. The daily newspapers are by the fireplace and you turn to find a place to sit. But not before deciding to enjoy some of the coffee that greeted you when you walked in. Your ears catch wind of last night’s news updates projected on the flat-screen plasma TV just above where you are standing. One cream and two sugars later you settle onto a couch to check your email. Not having brought your own laptop to use in the secure wireless lobby, you opt for one of the web-connected house PCs. You ask yourself, has banking changed, or just my bank?
Finally addressing your banking needs, you approach one of the stand-up kiosks where a live teller awaits via closed-circuit TV, and again you are greeted by your name. While interacting with the staff member on the screen, you are reminded that if you need a more personal consultation or any information regarding bank accounts, mortgages or wealth management, you can simply visit Guest Services near the front door or meet with one of the financial service representatives, located in private offices nearby. They also have teller access that allows you to complete basic transactions in the same place you handle more involved financial matters. Believing that you have truly spent the last few minutes in some sort of safe haven, you can’t help but believe they actually think about me and my LIFE. Wait, isn’t that the name of my account…LIFE?
As your transaction is completed and you turn to leave, the teller informs you that if you enjoy your banking relationship and refer anyone to open an account, you’ll earn a referral gift. After looking at your surroundings and taking it all in, you smile, and then say, "I hope you are well-stocked on those referral gifts." Upon receiving your receipt and a smile, you return the gesture and head toward the exit. As you reach for the door you notice the sign…Discover the Difference. "Too late," you say to yourself, “I already have.”
