GSC ~ CIC Workshop ~ How to Find & Keep Customers
The Commerce and Innovation Center (CIC) will host a workshop on How to Find and Keep Customers. Finding your next customer is the second most important job of any small business owner. Keeping your existing customers is the first. This seminar will help you market, attract and retain customers by sharing proven marketing principles and prioritization skills.
Presenter for the CIC Workshop is Dale Brakhage. Dale is currently president of the American Advertising Federation, Birmingham Chapter. He is also an author, sought after speaker and a business-training consultant. Read his full biography here: Biography for Dale Brakhage.
Dale has 30 years of success in sales, marketing, advertising, management, training and consulting. Throughout that time, he used his training in psychology to observe and record the common behaviors of award-winning salespeople. His book, ALPHABETICAL BASIC CONCEPTS™ OF SELLING appears on the national Insight Edge list of Top 30 Business Books.
Dale will be teaching the ALPHABETICAL BASIC CONCEPTS™ OF SELLING.
My interactive group learning presentations are based upon my book, the ALPHABETICAL BASIC CONCEPTS™ OF SELLING, a fun, short 128-page book that can teach anyone to be more persuasive. “Selling” is persuading another person to accept the value of your idea. We all do it, but hardly anyone is actually trained how to be more persuasive. With this book, everyone can benefit from becoming more persuasive!
