The Commerce and Innovation Center (CIC) will host a workshop on "How to Set Yourself up Legally and Formalize Your Business Structure" led by representatives from Johnston, Barton, Proctor & Rose LLP and Sirote & Permutt PC. The presenters will address the types of business ownership available, which option may be best for your business, and how to formalize and legally structure your business based on the information given.
The Chamber’s Commerce Innovation Center (CIC) workshops are sponsored by Johnston Barton Proctor & Rose LLP.
Workshops are developed in partnership through the Chamber, UAB School of Business, Small Business Development Center, Central Alabama’s Women’s Business Center (CAWBC), and the Service Core of Retired Executives (SCORE).
