The Greater Shelby Chamber’s Commerce and Innovation Center (CIC) will hold an interactive workshop designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals looking for more ways to succeed in the business world. The topic of the May workshop is ’’How to Start Your Own Business & Set Yourself Up Legally’’ and will be led by David Ramp of the UAB Small Business Development Center.

 

This workshop will cover the how to’s for writing a business plan, determining the type of legal structure you need, and securing funding.
