What can you do to reduce miscommunication? Surveys have shown that up to 80% of communication is misunderstood. This seminar will teach you how to encourage others to share ideas and information openly and honestly. It will provide tools to help you demonstrate more effective questioning and listening skills. Trust and respect are two of the most important qualities we can possess and effective listening skills can help you get there!

WORKSHOP SYNOPSIS
• Learn the value that effective listening can have on your communication and relationships
• Discover the five levels of listening and how to reach the highest level
• Learn how filters can hamper communication and how we can deal effectively with these filters
• Demonstrate effective questioning that can encourage more open communication
• Become conscious of how effective body language and responses can open up communication and build trust
