The February Grow & Go Series workshop is being presented by Desi Desiderio, Street Smart Sales Training Program.
The topic to be covered is Communicating with Different Personality Styles. You do not network or sell to Donald Trump the same way you would to Robin Williams. This workshop will teach you how to communicate in the way that the recipient will digest the information. The goal in this section is to give you a quick overview on how to recognize communicative styles and be more effective in communicating with your associates, clients, employees, etc.
The subject matter being covered can be applied to sales, managing, business development, customer service and interviewing. The Street Smart Sales Training Program is generic and not product specific so it can apply to many businesses and situations.

Desi Desiderio has been a guest speaker and conducted sales trainings for associations, educational institutions and other diverse organizations, such as Business Alabama, The Huntsville Times, The Alabama Press Association, A&M University, al.com, Birmingham Business Journal, Leadership Groups and others.
