The Grow & Go Series this month is The Psychology of Buying & Selling.  The information included in this workshop can be applied to sales, managing, business development, customer service and interviewing. Excerpts are taken from the training program, Street Smart Sales by Desi Desiderio. The Street Smart Sales Training Program is generic and not product specific so it can apply to many businesses and situations. The techniques are applicable for sales, influencing, negotiating, managing, motivating and getting buy-in.

This Grow & Go workshop will address in detail what the buyer is going through during their decision making process (from the eyes of the buyer) and a sales approach (from the eyes of the seller) that is effective and comfortable for both involved. It is NOT a canned presentation and does not employ any scripts. It is the psychology of buying and selling.

It will offer a step by step approach and sales philosophy starting on the researching of a prospect, to setting the appointment, finding the needs and to get agreement throughout your presentation, closing approaches and handling objections. It is the buyer and seller working together for a solution. The approach is very natural and conversational. It is designed to let the buyer sell themselves. Street Smart Sales is bringing science to selling.

About our presenter:
Desi Desiderio has been a guest speaker and conducted sales trainings for associations, educational institutions and other diverse organizations, such as Business Alabama, The Huntsville Times, The Alabama Press Association, A&M University, al.com, Birmingham Business Journal, Leadership Groups and others.
