GSC ~ How to Successfully Manage Change ~ Special Seminar

We are pleased to present How to Successfully Manage Change as an exclusive initial offering to members of the Greater Shelby County Chamber.  The seminar will held on Friday, March 16th from 9 until 11 am at the Chamber office.

This two-hour seminar will answer an important question…. is your company healthy and ready for change?

Change will always occur in business.  Be ready for change by preparing for change.  This seminar is based on studies done by the University of Oxford, England. A questionnaire was developed to determine if your company is a "learning" organization. To respond and anticipate change, it is essential that a company continuously learn to thrive in today’s marketplace.

David Kirkpatrick of The Moser Group will lead this interactive learning experience.  He will be using the University of Oxford questionnaire, group activities and discussion for you to gain a deeper understanding of change and how to successfully manage change in your company.
