Chris Banks' District Office of Colonial Life located upstairs in the Maxus Construction Building at: 700 Southgate Dr. Suite B, Pelham, AL 35124. Turn at O' Charley's on Cahaba Valley Rd. (AL 119). Maxus Bldg will be down the rd. on the right. Go to the LEFT side of the bldg, and enter at the doorway there. Signs will be posted.
