Magic City Chocolate Challenge (Disability Rights and Resources)
Magic City Chocolate Challenge
Birmingham bakers and chefs are coming together for a friendly challenge to see who can create the best chocolate dish as part of the First Annual Magic City Chocolate Challenge on Thursday, June 27! Taste chocolate dishes from Annalyce’s Bake Shop, Bright Star, Cantina, Dyar’s Daylight Donuts, Johnny Ray’s, Mix by Café Dupont, and Ms. Jessi Chism to judge who is your favorite!
This delicious event will be held from 5pm-9pm at Cantina Pepper Place. Tickets are $5 and include happy hour specials along with samplings from all the chocolate competitors. In addition to getting your chocolate fill you can take a chance at our raffle items and place your bid on a Regions Green Bicycle!
Proceeds from the event go towards the new Disability, Rights, & Resources facility, located in the Civil Rights District, that welcomes all people with disabilities and provides them with answers and possibilities for more independent living.
Disability Rights and Resources’ offices are located in Birmingham, Jasper, and Alabaster, Ala. to provide services to Jefferson, Walker, Shelby, St. Clair and Blount Counties.
Get your Tickets at DRRAdvocates.org or Call 205-251-2223. Tickets are only $5!
