Small Business Seminar ''Listening to Your Business''
Listening To Your Business is a hands-on, facilitated workshop designed to provide business owners with the critical evaluation tools and action steps needed to maximize growth and profitability. This four-hour workshop will take you through a four-step evaluation and action process designed to enhance your company’s performance. You will answer these questions:
- Where do I want my business to be in three years?
- Where is my business today?
- What stage of development is my business in?
- What transitions do I need to make?
NOW is the time to make plans to transition your business to the next level! The Strategic Business Development committee of THE PARTNERSHIP encourages small business owners to learn how to set and better reach your business goals. THE PARTNERSHIP, in conjunction with CAWBC (Central Alabama Women’s Business Center), invites you to a seminar that helps individuals assess the current state of their business, their short term goals, and how to reach those goals.
The seminar will be held on Tuesday, April 7th, from 7:30 am until 12:30 pm at the Greater Shelby County Chamber of Commerce and is only $20. A continental breakfast and refreshments are included. Register online at www.shelbychamber.org and click on “events." Space is limited so please register by April 1st. If you have any questions, contact Heather Stripling at heather@shelbychamber.org or 663-4542.
