Social Media for Business - Beginner Class

The Partnership’s’ Strategic Business Development committee wants to see you on Cuatro de Mayo. We’ll celebrate how exciting Facebook and Twitter can be to you and your business! Come join the “fiesta” and learn what our experts have to say about how social networking can help your business! This is a beginner class for those getting started with Facebook and/or Twitter.  The classes will be held at the North Shelby Library on Cahaba Valley Road. We are offering two sessions - Twitter will begin at 11 am and will feature Jay Carr of Birmingham Kids Directory, and Facebook will begin at 12:30 pm featuring Casey Morris of Ekklesia Coffee House. The cost will be $20 for one session or $30 for both sessions. Lunch will be provided whether you sign up for one or both. Bring your laptop for hands-on training -- WiFi is available.
