•    Winn Dixie Chelsea
•    Christmas Light Campaign
•    9AM – 11AM
•    Bag groceries & carry to customer’s cars
•    Talk about the ministry and the event
•    Take donations for outdoor Christmas lights and hand out flyers

•    Chelsea Campus Clean-Up Day 1
•    9AM - ?
•    Bring ladders and supplies for landscaping / gardening including rakes

Saturday 11.20.2010
•    Chelsea Campus Clean-Up Day 2
•    9Am – ?
•    We will finish any last minute prep of the land
•    Bring landscaping / gardening tools and supplies
•    Painting and repair on Light House
•    Bring grey and white exterior paint and all painting supplies
•    Bring tools and supplies to perform minor repairs to inside of Light House
•    Can arrange tour prior to work day if necessary or we can take pictures and email

Saturday 11.27.2010
•    Decorate the campus for Kampfire for The King
•    9AM - ?
•    Bring ladders and all supplies such as ropes, ties, staple gun, etc…that would be beneficial in hanging Christmas lights and decorations.  We will also be decorating the inside of the Administrative offices and The Weatherford area for VIP lounge.
•    Bring any inside and outside Christmas lights and decorations you can gather up.  We need lots and lots of lights and decorations, especially outside.  We are diligently working to raise funds to purchase lights and get lights and decorations donated, but we need your help in this area as well.  If you need somewhere to store any donations of these goods until 11.27.2010 please email Valerie @ Valerie@kingshome.com.  We have a storage room at The Weatherford Building.

•    This is our vendor set-up day.  There will be much going on this day at the campus in preparation for the event the next day.  We will be placing the 30 trash receptacles over the property as well as setting booths, etc….

•    Event Clean-Up Day at Chelsea Campus
•    9AM - ?
•    We will send out an email on Wednesday 12.8.2010 with specifics on what needs to be done.  There will be some major jobs such as staging, Weatherford area, etc… However, at this time we are choosing to leave up all lights and decorations until after the New Year.  Sometime in January we will schedule a day to take down lights and decorations.  We will need your help for that as well.
