We are living in exceptional times regarding labor and employment issues.  In addition to the changing dynamics of public sector unionization, we have the most pro-union National Labor Relations Board in decades, a record number of employment discrimination claims, the continued expansion of workplace retaliation theories and an explosion of wage and hour claims.  

To keep employers up to date about employer workplace rights, developments and strategies, Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is pleased to invite you to the inaugural Employer Rights Update, scheduled on June 14 from 11 am to 2 pm, at Legacy’s Corporate Office: 100 Corporate Ridge, Birmingham, AL 35242.  

This is the first in a series of briefings conducted at Legacy by Richard I.
