Client Billing Specialist Part Time

Objective:
We are looking for someone part-time, detailed oriented, ability to work independently, organized, excel knowledge is a plus, good communication skills, comfortable with client interaction.

Primary Responsibilities:                                   
 
  • Finalize billing/payroll daily – this task could be done from home – this should take about an hour Tuesday – Friday. Mondays would take longer due to finalizing Friday and the weekend. This needs to be done in the morning, especially before finance needs to process billing.
  • Work in the office 2 days per week for a total of around 8 hours to complete quality assurance phone calls. It can be completed anytime between 8am- 5pm. This could be less and not as much at the end of the month once all calls for the month have been completed.
  • Twice a week reconcile long term care notes in our system in preparation for LTC billing
  • Twice per month on billing days, usually 1st and the 16th come into the office and process LTC notes/billing and send all LTC to each company for client reimbursement. Should be completed that afternoon of billing or the following morning.

  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
  • Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
  • Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
