Seth Davis Gardens 55+ Senior Apartments

Job Type: Part-Time - 20hours (8:30am-4pm)
Schedule: Monday–Wednesday

Seth Davis Gardens is looking for a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartment community safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance inspections and repairs in apartments and common areas
• Respond to resident maintenance requests
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Identify and report larger maintenance issues
• Work with outside vendors when specialized repairs are needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to work independently
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Must be able to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance duties
• HVAC certification or other trade certifications are a plus

Pay: $15 - $16 per hour, based on experience
