Receptionist
Home Instead is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, caregivers, and visitors. The Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming office environment while providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Position requires a high school diploma or GED. Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Also, the candidate should have a professional appearance and positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in healthcare or senior care is a plus.
