Responsibilities:
- Operate brewing equipment efficiently and safely to produce high-quality craft beer.
- Follow brewing recipes and procedures meticulously to ensure consistency in flavor and quality.
- Monitor fermentation processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain product standards.
- Clean and sanitize brewing equipment and work areas to uphold hygiene and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new beer recipes and flavors that resonate with our customers.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the brewing process to guarantee excellence in every batch.
- Package finished products for distribution while ensuring proper labeling and storage.
- Uphold CGMP, HACCP, and food safety standards to meet regulatory requirements.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Operate pallet jacks as needed for material handling within the brewery.
Skills:
- Proficiency in brewing techniques and processes.
- Knowledge of CGMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in craft beer production.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
