The Shelby County Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police is proud to announce that we will host the 2013 Annual State Conference at the Pelham Civic Complex,  Pelham, AL.

The dates are March 22nd - 25th, 2013.

They are seeking potential venders or sponsors that would be interested in having their products or service presented during conference breaks and prior to business meetings. They are expecting crowds ranging from 200-300.

Attached is a conference packet that has been sent out throughout the state to our Law Enforcement delegates and attendees.

We will host the conference at the Pelham Civic Center, which will include a gourmet buffet on the evening of the 23rd and a sit-down plated dinner on the night of the 24th.

We have made arrangements with the Marriott's Fairfield Hotel in Pelham to reserve rooms as our host hotel, to include a hospitality suite. The neighboring Hampton Inn Hotel has agreed to serve as an overflow location. The Holiday Inn Express has also agreed to serve as an additional overflow hotel.
