Our guest speaker, Joyce Brooks, is a motivational speaker and author of three books including "It Ain’t Over" and "Self-Inflicted Overload". Work-Life Balance for Today’s Professional Woman” is an interactive program designed to assist women in becoming their best. Raising one’s awareness of the causes and affects of overload and stress on one’s professional and personal life is critical to living a more productive and fulfilling life. Participants will complete an overload self-assessment and be introduced to proven techniques to better manage and balance the daily demands. Participants will walk away with a renewed confidence and the tools to living a more fulfilling life.
