Program’s Mission:  To create and implement a family oriented program promoting all-around family wellness through physical activity and nutrition education to fight obesity, prevent disease and improve the family’s quality of life. This six month program will be entirely free of cost to qualifying families.

Specific Needs:  “Incentive Items”

1) Gift Cards for printing and binding (to be used for constructing healthy cookbooks and meal prep materials)  

2) Gift Card Incentives for monthly prizes (incentive for reaching weekly and monthly goals)

3) 10 Larger Incentive Items to get moving / exercise – Wii System/Wii Fit Game (only for families who complete the program ) ** I created a wish list at Best Buy and Wal-Mart for the 10 -Wii System/Wii Fit Games under Sandra McKim , this “ Wish List “ will also allow for Gift Card purchases (donations).

4) Screening Item: Glucometer/strips/lancets, etc. – (weekly) glucose screening for “at risk”
