WHO:

WHAT:
Sean will conduct an endurance workout consisting of;
40 Rounds:
- 400 Meter Run
- Push Up X25 Repetitions
- Body Squat X25 Repetitions
- Sit Up X25 Repetitions
- Burpee X25 Repetitions
*Totaling:
10 Miles of running and 1,000 Repetitions of each exercise AS FAST AS HE CAN
Estimated Time= 6 Hours

WHEN:
Sunday. October 9, 2011. Noon-Until Complete (estimate of 6 hours)

WHERE:
Veteranʼs Park at 4800 ValleyDale Road. Hoover, AL 35244 (in front of Spain Park High
School)

WHY:
In order to raise awareness for the “Back Pack Buddies” food program that is run by the
Vineyard Family Services based out of the Vineyard Church in Hoover,AL. This
Endurance Charity Event will allow us to provide a venue for the local community to
drop off the necessary food items for the program and be educated on the need for
continued support of this service.

GOAL: One food item for every repetition = 4000 food items acquired. Accepted Food
Items are : Ravioli or pop-top type meals, 100% Juice Boxes, Granola Bars, Cheese or
Peanut Butter Crackers, Pudding Cups, Oatmeal or Grits, and Applesauce or Fruit
Cups.
