The Chamber's Health Services Work Group is hosting its second Healthy Lifestyles Expo on August 31! The event, presented by St. Vincent’s Health System and co-sponsored by HEALTHSOUTH Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital and Shelby Baptist Medical Center, is designed to promote the importance of good health, wellness and education for Shelby County residents and businesses. Join us and enrich your health and strengthen our community!
- Healthy Lifestyle Expo morning session from 9:00AM – 11:15AM
- Break for intermission (Luncheon & Keynote speaker $20 investors, $30 "Future" investors from 11:15AM - 1:15PM)
- Healthy Lifestyle afternoon session from 1:15PM – 3:00PM
The Healthy Lifestyle Expo will be held at the Pelham Civic Complex & Ice Arena, 500 Amphitheater Drive, Pelham.
The Expo is FREE and open to the public! There will be health screenings, nutrition and expo booths to visit that will be full of tips, techniques and more on making healthy lifestyle choices.
