There is a saying in business “People don’t plan to fail--they fail to plan”.  Developing strategies and making plans that enable you and your team to reach your goals on time is an essential skill of leadership.  In this workshop, facilitated by Michael Smith, TheGREATtheGOODandtheGONE, you will learn simple techniques that enable you to do just that. Learn how to create an environment powered by mindsets that revolve around “How you and your team will become GREAT”-not choked by excuses and why not’s.
