shopping, and fitness all while helping others at the Pelham YMCA.

When: Thursday, December 15th, 2011; 5pm-8pm

Group Fitness Classes at 4:45pm (BodyPUMP),
5:45pm (BodyJAM) and 6:45pm (Yoga)

Women’s Self-Defense Demos beginning at 6pm

Support a Great Cause
Spotlight on SafeHouse of Shelby County: The mission of SafeHouse is to empower survivors of domestic
and sexual violence through support and advocacy and to educate the community to prevent future abuse.

Win Great Prizes
Enter to win your favorite things in a raffle to benefit YMCA Strong Kids Campaign and
SafeHouse of Shelby County. Proceeds will provide YMCA memberships, after school care, summer
day camp and sports programs to women and children at SafeHouse.
