Date: Friday, March 30, 2012
Time: Set up 6 a.m., Judging at 4:30 p.m., Public Tasting, 5 p.m.-7 p.m.
Location: Downtown Columbiana
Costs: Tasting tickets $10 each, kids 10 and under free with a paid adult.
BBQ cook teams will offer boston butts, ribs and other treats for tasting
Event Activities- Great BBQ, Live Music, Fences on Parade Exhibit, Car Show, Space Bounce, Face painting, Popcorn machine

Trophy Awards Presentation:
• Best Overall Ribs and Sauce
• Best Ribs 1st, 2nd, 3rd places
• Best Sauce 1st, 2nd, 3rd places
• Chef’s Specialty (your favorite creation on the grill- up to 3 entries/team)
• People’s Choice Award presented at 6:30pm
